Shipping & Returns


Spend $99 or more on select items to receive free shipping for orders to United States, except AK, HI.  Orders below $99 qualify for $5 flat rate shipping. Shipping rates valid on qualified purchases only. Some product restrictions apply.
In stock orders placed by 2 pm CST Monday – Friday ship same day. Some items may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.  Occasionally, there are circumstances beyond our control that may cause a delay with your order. If you have questions after checking your order status, feel free to call us!
All packages receive a Delivery Confirmation or Tracking Number.
Shipping is available for orders with a delivery address in the lower 48 states and to military families with an APO or FPO.
If you have a PO Box, please make sure that you specify a street address in your order comments.
Out of stock items:
If an item is not in-stock due to a mistake on our part, we will notify you via e-mail and telephone of its estimated arrival date and substitution options for a quicker delivery.
Order Changes:
Our goal is to have your order to you as soon as possible, so we may not always be able to change or cancel your order after it has been placed.  We always try our hardest to accommodate changes and cancellations, so please contact us!  If you have questions about an order call us at 504-407-2700.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If any part of your order arrives damaged, please contact us.  We are happy to see what we can do to help. 
International Orders:
We do not ship to international addresses at this time.

Are you on a tight schedule?
If your package requires arrival by a certain day, please place your order by phone so we can guarantee inventory, a shipping date and an arrival date.
When A Package Is "Returned to Sender"
Unless the mistake is ours, items that are returned to us due to insufficient address will be charged the actual shipping amount required to reship the package.
ZukaBaby Holidays
Our offices are closed on the following holidays: New Years Day, Good Friday, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. On these days, our staff is spending time at home with their families. Calls and emails will be returned on our next business day. Orders will also ship out on our next business day. Occasionally, we may close the office due to other circumstances (like weather).
All packages come with a return slip included at the bottom of the package. Please fill out the return slip and include with your return.
All used cloth diapers that are stain free are refundable within 30 day after ship date for full store credit. (Offer applies to all cloth diapers, diaper covers, inserts, doublers and training pants. Offer does not apply to disposable and/or non-reusable products.)
·       Please include a copy of your receipt.
·       Return packages must be postmarked within 30 days of the date we shipped your package to you.
·       Diapers with stains will be returned to sender and our return shipping fees will be billed.
·       We do not refund shipping charges.
All New and Unused Items can be returned up to 90 days after the ship date, OR up to 90 days after the birth of your baby, whichever is longer!  You decide between refund in the original form of payment or store credit.
  • New items must be in resalable condition: unused, unwashed, original condition with all tags and packaging intact.  We cannot accept items that have pet hair or odor, smoke, dirt, lipstick, perfume, etc.
  • Please include a copy of your receipt and original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to accept or refuse returns after 90 days.  Any returns accepted after 90 days will be issued in the form of a store credit and may be charged a 10% restocking fee.
  • We do not refund shipping charges.
Returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt.  You will receive an e-mail once your return has been processed.

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, we promise to correct it as quickly as possible at our expense!
